This family needs clothes the most. Clothe them, and your soul will be enveloped with God's blessings!
You brought me out of darkness to the daylight and gave me a second life!

“Thanks to all of you, I can see again, work, move independently and feel myself a full-fledged person! You literally saved me from imminent death! " - Valery Romoev keeps exclaiming. We told you his sad story recently:

https://chernovetskyifund.ge/en/projects/finished/591-romoev/

Our compatriot, a wonderful person, faced a terrible threat of going blind forever after a work injury. Valery Romoev is a professional electrician, an excellent specialist and hard worker, a loving and caring spouse. He was the victim of a fatal accident. Forgetting to put on his safety goggles while working, he got his eyes injured with metal shavings and dust ...

Cataract took away everything from him - the opportunity to work and earn money, the hope for a better future, self-confidence ... He felt himself inferior...

Thanks to all of you, friends, he came back to life!

“You saved me from imminent death! I am immensely grateful to all of you! - says Valery. - May the Lord reward you a hundredfold! "

- Valery, how has your life changed after we published the article about you?

Valery: How? Yes, you have just brought me back to life! You gave it to me! When my wife addressed you, I was in the depth of despair. I didn't know what to do. I was the breadwinner for our small family, and when I became completely blind, I lost the opportunity to work, earn money and, finally, exist. I didn't know how to live on ...

In addition to the loss of livelihood, the very loss of vision, believe me, is terrible! I was so afraid to stay in complete darkness ... Not to see the sun, the sky and the beautiful face of my dear wife Anna. To be deprived of the ability to move independently... Well... It was equal to death!

You pulled me out of this darkness and gave me a chance to live a normal life! I’m filled with gratitude, and it is difficult for me to express it in words!

You also made me a wonderful present - a high-quality puncher and screwdriver! My special thank for that! For the lack of sufficient funds, I used to buy lower quality tools that were constantly breaking. But you made me a wonderful surprise, and I am immensely grateful to all of you for that!

- Valery, what would you like to say to the people who helped to raise money for your operation?

Valery: Many thanks, of course! Thanks to all of you who have transferred, perhaps, their last penny! To everyone who helped me, dare I say it, “to survive”! I perfectly understand that it is difficult for everyone now, the damned coronavirus is raging, many of us are left without work and without any means of livelihood. All this multiplies a hundredfold things that you have done for me! I am grateful to everyone who, despite all adversity, personal problems and troubles, felt my grief, took my pain to heart and helped me! May God grant all of you happiness, health and prosperity! God forbid you to experience the hopeless horror which I had to go through!

– Did the local government somehow react to our post? Did they ask you about your condition or help you in any way?

Valery: Unfortunately, there was no reaction. They transferred as much as 100 lari to me for the first operation, and the help ended there.

- Valery, tell me, please, about your emotions. What did you feel when you first opened your eyes after surgery?

Valery: It's hard for me to describe my feelings in words ... It was something! I was born again! Before the operation, I had a feeling that the world around me had darkened, that I was rolling into the abyss ... Every day my vision was getting worse. At first, I saw everything blurry, then my vision was practically gone, and I could hardly distinguish the outlines ... My God, how terrible it was! But after the operation ... It was a rebirth! My vision returned gradually, and I realized that I was alive! That the world is beautiful and amazing, that my strength has returned to me and I have become once again a full-fledged person! I can live like all normal people! I can work, keep my family and, most importantly, see the face of the most beautiful and wonderful woman in the world, my dear wife Anna, every day! I am amazed that in such a difficult for all mankind time, so many people were ready to support me!

- What does this support and help mean to you?

Valery: This means that I live among the kindest people who are ready to support, help, and save a neighbor in trouble, despite everything. I always knew that Georgia is a country where kind people live, and I have seen that many times. I am grateful to the Lord for this. I am grateful that He showed me and my Anna the way to your Fund. It is thanks to you that my compatriots learned about my misfortune and managed to save me! Good always returns a hundredfold. Now I can do my craft, as before, and believe me, I am also eager to help those in need. This is how the chain of goodness that the Lord has given us will continue!

- Valery, maybe you have some more problems that our readers can help you with?

Valery: You gave me back the opportunity to see this world again, the ability to live and earn a living. What more can I ask you?

Our housing issue still remains open. Circumstances have developed so that we have lost our apartment and we have to rent a house. The conditions here are very bad, there are only 16 square meters here, the roof is leaking, the amenities are in the yard ... I think this has nothing to do with your readers, but since you asked ...

And I want to thank again everyone who will read your post! God bless you all! Believe me, the world is beautiful and amazing, it really is worth living and seeing. I have experienced myself what it is like to lose all this, so I want to wish you all good health from the bottom of my heart!
