SMM Analyst

Job conditions:


$2,000 for the first month (this period is likely to be reduced but not increased);

$2,500 for the second month;

$3,500-$4,000 for the third month

and so on... You can become rich and, most importantly, a fully self-realized specialist or even a manager since the abilities for deep analysis and effective marketing are generously paid above the stated conditions, with a guaranteed infinitely high percentage for a year (with payment on the first day of each new month) resulting from the implementation of any useful idea to attract new donors or partners to the Fund, reduce current expenses, or implement useful experience of other similar funds.

Remote work. 

Mandatory passing of a lie detector test at the employer's request.

Our requirements for the candidate:

3-5 years of experience working in social media;

A personal portfolio of successfully implemented SMM campaigns is a big plus;

Knowledge of English at the intermediate level or higher is welcomed;

Ability to work to achieve the highest results and reach goals;

Strong communication skills; 

Being constantly aware of the main marketing trends in social media;

Attention to detail;

Ability to multitask and work under pressure;

Experienced PC user;

Experience in targeting, working with Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Power Editor;

Experience in working with Facebook Pixel, lookalike audiences, parsing audiences;

Experience in working with statistics and analytics services (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrika, Picalytics, BuzzSumo, or others).


Systematic and in-depth analysis of the audience's reaction to fundraising posts;

Creating a company's social media presence strategy;

Identifying the company's target audience and understanding their behavior in different social networks, segmenting the target audience;

Revealing consumer insights (what is close to the target audience, understanding their interests) to successfully communicate with them later;

Setting KPI (key performance indicators);

Monitoring SMM trends and using them in your work;

Calculating the cost of SMM campaigns, their configuration;

Choosing a more effective promotion channel, including by calculating the cost per contact;

Calculating the effectiveness of specific tools (advertising, contests, activity);

Analyzing advertising campaigns.
