The military servants of Georgia’s armed forces visited elderly shelter and Children’s village. The soldiers brought the residents of humanitarian union “Catharsis” and “SOS Children’s village Georgia” basic and hygiene items and gifted various kinds of products.

Elderly people and children were happy with conversation with soldiers. Aged people recalled their stories related to their military service, while children became more interested with the life of soldiers and showed the desire to visit military units.

During conversation with the hosts, the military servants mentioned that their profession includes social responsibility as well and charity is the part of their everyday life.  As they said, the obligation of the defense agency is not only dealing with the security of the population, but it is very important to provide moral support as well.
