Her hands shake like she's an old woman. Sometimes she is so restless that it is impossible to keep her in a wheelchair. And when she lies, she is not even able to roll over from one side to the other. 5-year-old Salome suffers a serious disease, the name of which is almost impossible to pronounce. Vitamins are not absorbed in the girl's body, and because of this, she does not develop - she does not walk, does not talk, cannot eat on her own. She already said goodbye to life 21 times, but the intensive care doctors brought her back to life. They could not diagnose this little beauty here in Georgia. 

“This little beautify has been suffering so much!”

Tamila: My princess is sick. For three years we did not even know what she was being treated for, because doctors in Georgia could not diagnose her. They thought it was cerebral palsy or epilepsy, then they said it was hydrocephalus. We went through hell! She had such severe attacks that she lost consciousness, passed out for a week or more. Then doctors brought her back to life, and this nightmare repeated 21 times. Can you imagine that? My daughter almost died in my arms 21 times!

Tamila: I realized that it could not continue like that. We sold everything we had, borrowed money from relatives and took Salome, who was almost dead, to Turkey. They did tests and found out that the child does not have any vitamins in her body. They started treatment - made transfusions of vitamins and medications, and Salome came to life. She opened her eyes and began to make sounds. After that, we visited the clinic a few more times. Since then, Salome has not had seizures for 2 years, she does not pass out, she does not lose consciousness.

Salome's hands are like doll's hands. She cannot move them herself

Dachi: Do you know how scary it was? Her eyes became white, and she became pale, like this wall. She stopped breathing and was beating, like a fish. Even now I start feeling bad when I recall that.

Dachi: What are you saying! I hugged her so that she would not hit against something! I'm her older brother, I must take care of my sister. She has no one but me - mom and dad don't count. Just look how pretty she is! If she went to school, I think all the boys would fall in love with her.

Tamila: You have no idea how much he loves her! I have never seen such love. He even refused to attend his favorite learning clubs, so that Salome would not be left alone. He always says: "If Salome needs something, I refuse my part in her favor." Before putting a cookie in his mouth, he asks: “Does my sister have medications? Did my sister eat cookies?”

Dachi: Stop praising me! Anyone would do the same, I'm not a superman. Well, enough.

"I'm an ordinary brother who loves his sister"

Dachi: I would buy all necessary medications for my sister and pay for all the treatments!

Dachi: I would buy a washing machine for my mother and separate beds for everyone.

Dachi: I would buy myself a phone, I would take English and singing lessons. And I don't need anything else. When Salome doesn't faint, it already makes me happy!

Tamila: Every mother would dream of such a son! He is my helper, he is my guardian angel. It would have been much harder for me to cope with Salome if not for Dachi.

Imagine this beauty who cannot open her eyes and is immobilized. No one knows will she survive or not.

Tamila: We live in my parents' house. We live here with my sister and her family, and my parents. We are almost beggars. Our family's income is an allowance and Salome's pension. My husband sometimes manages to get a job. When he finds something, he works all day long, he does not spare himself. 

Tamila: Salome needs expensive medications to have a chance to live without seizures and loss of consciousness in the future. They are very expensive for us. We spent all our money on them - nothing is left even for food. If not for our relatives, we would have starved to death.

This green-eyed beauty will live despite everything!

Tamila: First of all, I would ask for medications and hygiene products for Salome. I also need a bed for the kids. We all - four of us - sleep together and it's very uncomfortable. I would dare to ask for a washing machine. All women will understand me, knowing how hard it is to wash with hands. That's it, that's what I dream about. If someone wants to help us - even words of support will be very important to me.
