No, friends, this is our Georgia! And our children. True, they sleep on mattresses, on which many people died in torment ... In hospitals .... And then this rot was thrown into the landfill.
God, please make sure that it doesn’t rain ... the roof cannot stand another rain ...
God, make sure that the wind does not blow ... the cellophane on the windows will tear and our hands and feet will freeze ...
God give us bread and clean water ... give us something tasty ...
God, I hate the sky! When it is not blue, when it is visible through the cracks ...
God I hate myself ... and I hate my life ... do something, God!
This new prayer for 21st century children! A prayer that no one has heard, and it is unlikely that anyone will hear ... after all, children exist, but no one knows about their existence ... or maybe they know, but somehow it doesn't matter ...
On the outskirts of the city, there is a landfill ... Yes, a landfill in which trash, waste is thrown ... this is the landfill for many that became the only hope - to survive ...
Tsiala: I am 27 years old, 30 years old my husband. We have 3 children. Without outside help, we will simply die in this hole and no one will remember about us ... maybe it’s for the better, less hungry, less burden for the state ... (crying)
“How did you end up here in these ruins?”
Tsiala: Before the husband got sick, we lived in a rented apartment. We have nothing of our own, not even one spoon. Well, it didn’t work out ...
The husband worked. We are simple, hardworking people. We never had a goal of aiming at office work or big earnings. My husband worked as a worker, carrying heavy loads ... so that the children had lunch and to pay for the apartment. He did not know day and night ... he worked all the time ... that was what killed him. He did not spare himself, that’s the result ... From constant carrying of weights, his stomach burst (Note: a stomach ulcer opened) ... they barely saved him. I thank God that he did not take his father from the children. As a result, we were kicked out of the apartment for non-payment.
- And why did you settle here? There is not a single wall here.
Tsiala: When my husband could not work, we went to landfills, collected scrap metal and bottles. Near one of their landfills, we found these buildings. They were either unfinished, or had already collapsed ... and when we had nowhere to live, we settled here. This at least creates the appearance of a "roof over your head"
- This is too far from the village. How do children go to school?
Tsiala: I beg you what school ... the elders still go to school somehow. I could not arrange the youngest daughter with older children, but I can’t drive her far! Spending money on transportation is tantamount to pulling a piece of bread out of the mouth of children ... and there are days, we don’t have any bread.
“Tsiala, how are you still holding on?”
Tsiala: Only faith in God holds us on this earth. Only the belief that tomorrow will be better than yesterday ... When I tell them that with God's help everything will be fine - they, you imagine, are small, but they believe God and know that everything will be so.
- And how did you imagine your life after marriage?
Tsiala: Yes, you know, nothing. Since my husband and I had nothing of their own, we always dreamed of a small room in which the roof would not leak, into which rats would not crawl out of the cracks. This is our common dream! I wanted to make a cozy nest for children ... but I ended up in Hell! Poor kids! The Lord will surely reward them!
- Unfortunately, the children do not want to communicate with us, maybe you can tell us about them?
Tsiala: Oh, and don’t speak. They are very shy ... sometimes they even ask me, “Mom, why did you give birth to us?” “And what have we done so bad that God has punished us so much” ... (crying)
“Please don't cry ...”
Tsiala: Riane is 10 years old. I named her after the singer! She wanted her to have the same stellar life. She doesn't talk to strangers at all. She is afraid that she might be ridiculed because of poverty. George is 9 years old. He has spinal and respiratory problems. But she could not be taken to the doctor. There is no money for the road. Vika - 6 years old. She also has a Spinal Curvature.
- In such conditions, how do you manage to survive?
Tsiala: (crying, approx.) I can’t even say that we have a roof over our heads, I can’t even say that we live in four walls. There is no whole wall, no water, no gas, no light, not even a toilet. Furniture, whatever you see, it's all from the landfill. The husband collected the beds from the boards, the mattresses were picked up near the hospital. Threw the mattresses - and we took them. It was very hard to imagine that sick people were lying on them, that they were dying on them ... and now I put children on them ... but what can you do, it’s better than on the concrete floor.
- Since the children do not speak with us, you tell me what they dream about?
Tsiala: Riana and George dream of a bicycle, I know that for sure. Baby Vika, went to her mother and whispered something in her ear and ran away from the room. I got up behind the curtain and began to watch ...
Tsiala: Vika told me she wants a house.
Vika: no, you're not saying everything right. I do not want for us, I know that he will not be. I want a house with dolls. They will have a house, and I will imagine that I also live with them!
- Kado you think that can happen when we write about your family and people find out about your problems?
Tsiala: Whatever happens, the main thing is not to be deprived of my parental rights! I believe, I hope that someone, with God's help, may help!
- Contact our readers! All Georgia is reading us!
Tsiala: I don’t know what to ask for, at the moment we need food ... we need beds. We need clothes. People please help my kids. It’s not their fault that they live in such conditions. They didn’t choose it ... They don’t choose their parents. I hope for your indifference, I hope that my children will become close to you. I hope you share a piece of bread. We do not ask much - we need daily bread in order to survive, not to die.
Friends, the Chernovetsky Charity Foundation begins an action: “Give life to the children of Georgia” and open this charitable action by raising funds for the Tumanishvili family. And we do not intend to stop on one-time help. These beautiful children must live. After all, they are the carriers of the most proud nation on earth - the Georgians!
To survive, the family is in dire need of food, hygiene products, medicines for children, furniture, household appliances, and clothes! These Georgian children should become ours. After all, hungry children are a pain of our entire Georgian society!
Help them survive, help the children go to school. Dress, shoe and do it always. Consider these to be your own children. After all, the way it is in fact. There cannot be other people's children in Georgia!
And also - call Tsiale, learn from their lips about pressing needs, cheer up this family! You can also personally provide them with all possible assistance, and God bless you! And be sure to make RE EPOST of our post. Let your friends know about the grief of this family! It is very important!
Do not scold her and her husband! God gives us the opportunity to take care of people who are not able to do it themselves. Not all people are the same. And not everyone is kind, as we are with you.
Do not pass by someone else's misfortune! Unhappy people are given to us from above so that we can prove our faith to the Almighty not in words but in deeds!
Friends, there is one more request, if you know about the misfortune of a neighbor or acquaintance, do a charitable deed, write to us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
