But now Mariam has so many chocolate and marmalade cookies that she even feeds a big toy dog with them. Well... Anyway, then the cookie goes into Marie's pretty mouth. Now she knows the taste of cream cake and how to smear her hands in it. She knows what a cozy and soft bed is. She knows who the Fixies, Bambi and Rapunzel from TV are.

Her brother Irakli met the little Spiderman and hopes that the big Spiderman will come to him later.

The only pity is that no one can give them their daddy's love and attention. Thank you for everything you do for two children, mother Natia is raising all alone. Thank you for the love, warmth, and good emotions that you gave to the Shermadini family.

- Natia, how did your life change after we have published a post about you?

Natia: I didn’t see the post itself, we don’t have the Internet now, but I saw the actions of your readers. So many things started happening around us: calls, visits, help. All at once! It means that as soon as you told people our story, they immediately understood our situation, our misfortune. Thank you very much!

Children are so happy, they are happy with new clothes, new things in the house, dolls, cars. Mariam's wish came true: she got exactly the cake she wanted - fruity, decorated with cream! Irakli just loves the TV. He watched it too much at first. (Smiles). Of course, I am happy when they are so happy and joyful! I wrote to you for the sake of my children. I know that your readers can make others very happy. This was very necessary for my children.

Irakli: “I also like TV because we are all together”

– Have you made new friends? Do you want to single out someone of them?

Natia: I want to say thank you to everyone! I am very grateful for your help. All of you are dear to me, I love everyone for your kind hearts! Good guys came from Gori, they brought us food and toys. The children were very happy, their eyes shone with happiness. Tina, an emigrant from Germany - a wonderful woman - sent us clothes and all sorts of goodies. They all are wonderful, golden people! There was another group of young guys - they brought blankets and mattresses. Now we can sleep softly and comfortably. I will never forget attentive and wonderful Lia Sergeeva, who gave us blankets, duvet covers and sheets. And a very cordial woman, Miranda Abakelia, who brought us groceries. In the kindergarten, other parents collected money for us and brought the necessary things. How can I not believe in selfless kindness after so many deeds, after such care I saw? People, I love and bless you all!

“Mom, if the cake gets me dirty, will you wash everything, right?”

– Natia, was there any feedback from the local authorities to our post? Did they react in any manner?

Natia: They just give me a headache. I didn't expect anything, to be honest. And it turned out to be so. What help can be from them? On the contrary, when they distribute food to the socially disadvantaged, they often forget about us and give it to us only after complaints.

- What does this support and help of our readers mean to you?

Natia: Your kindness is contagious. (Smiles). The children saw how much attention they paid to us, how everyone tried to help us, how they saved us. They understand very well now that in Georgia, everyone helps each other. Especially Irakli - he is older, he notices everything. He saw that everyone cares about someone else's misfortune. It cannot be otherwise here. My son says to me: “Mom, I will also help people when I grow up. It's a good thing, I liked it."

- Guys, what gift did you like the most? What will you play now?

Irakli: Mari really liked the dolls, finally she is happy and laughs. She plays with them so funny. (Smiles). Her dolls should do the same thing that she does. When she goes to bed, she lays them too, covers them, and kisses them. When Mari eats, all her toys have lunch. She gives them your chocolates. (Smiles).

Mariam: These are already my chocolates. (Irakli kisses his sister and lets her go. Then he continues talking.)

Irakli: I liked the TV the most. Now we are not bored at home, as before. They also gave me cars and a toy Spiderman. Do you know if they'll bring me a big Spiderman costume? It would be nice.

Mariam (pulls her brother by the sweatshirt): Say, Irakli, my cake!

Irakli: I will. They brought us cake twice. Marie always reminds how beautiful and delicious they were. Mom gave her such a piece, where there was a pattern and a large cream flower, so that Mari would be happy. She wanted cake more than anyone. But she got a bit of cream on her clothes. Then mommy washed Marie's blouse in a new washing machine. Now she washes everything that gets dirty there.

Irakli: I got this thing dirty. (Smiles). But you can’t notice it anymore

- So, our Mari has learned not to cry and is happy with everything?

Natia (Sighs): Mariam does not want to go to the kindergarten, she throws tantrums and cries non-stop. He says that dads come to pick up everyone. This is the reason for her tears. I don't want to press her. It is very hard for children to live without the father. Both of them are nervous about it. Okay, let's not talk about it, I don't want to upset them.

Natia: Thank you for being so attentive. I tell you everything. Irakli has problems with tonsils, we need to sort out all the necessary documents so that he can be operated on.

Our gas stove caught fire recently. We were very scared. It’s good that our neighbor ran in, covered it with a rag and splashed cold water on it. Luckily, the flames didn't spread anywhere else, but we don't have a stove anymore. And now the problem is where to cook on. If there is any chance to sort this out...I can hardly do anything.
