Maria: Oh, I can’t breathe because of the heat! I fought in the war, I sat in the trenches, I was so hardy. Eh, when you are young, everything is somehow different, but with age everything becomes hard. I could endure everything before, but now I am about to cry from the slightest heat …

Maria: For us, for pensioners, everything is impossible now. We only manage to buy medications and groceries, and that’s it. But if you manage to arrange it for me, I will be just happy!
– Maria is there anything else, besides the fan, that can bring you some joy?
Maria: Some delicious food, medications – old people don’t need anything else. So that it is cool in summer, warm in winter, and so that they remember us.
