Death had a taste of hunger and salty tears, and the smell of poverty and dirt, I felt it when I froze from the cold and was afraid to die so that no one would know that I was gone … I have no idea how I survived all this, but I know for sure it is your merit that my existence has become more like life. You have done so much for me! Where to start listing – from food, medications, or appliances? I have never received so many gifts in my entire life! Thanks to the Fund for everything, thanks to each of you! You repelled death from me, and please don’t let it come to me again!

Friends, I can imagine how happy you are to hear these heartfelt words of our old sick and lonely children! The words they wrote as gratitude is a gratitude to everyone who donated money to prolong their lives – every day of life is the most precious thing in the world.
I know for sure that you and I understand that their problems will not disappear until the very moment they face God!
Please, keep helping them. If there is any chance, be sure to call these wonderful people and tell them that there are no lonely old people in Georgia! They are our fathers and mothers, grandfathers and grandmothers, and there is no one but us to take care of them.
Dodo: What can an old sick person dream of? To go to sleep and not wake up. Since God gives me time, it means that I have not become useless yet, right? Maybe someone still needs me? Since you have found me, since you are interested in my useless existence, does it mean that I do not live in vain?
– What can we and the entire Georgia do for you to make your next day better than the previous one?
Dodo: My house, or rather my unfinished barn, has no windows or doors. I’m so afraid to sleep! I fall asleep alone, and when I wake up, either a stray dog is lying next to me, or the neighbor’s chickens are sitting on me. I hope no one comes in to eat me. Can you help me with this? Once I figured out for how many years I must save my pension to at least install the doors – I won’t live for that long.
– What else would you fix if you had money?
Dodo: I would make a new roof! When it rains, I have a flood at home! Sometimes I think that it is pouring more in my room than outside. But I know that I will never be able to do it alone, and I don’t have children to do it for me.
– All Georgia is your children and grandchildren! You can address them.
Dodo: I have been working since childhood. I always helped everyone, but when the time came and I needed help, no one was around. I believe that God sends complete strangers, and sometimes they become closer to you than your relatives.
