Look at this sad child. This is 8-year-old Gvantsa. She is from the Bregvadze family, where six young children live in unbearable poverty. Gvantsa’s little sister is just one year old, and sometimes the family doesn’t even have porridge to feed the baby. And Gvantsa is already at an age where she can understand and analyze this, so she no longer asks her mother to buy her new clothes and toys. The girl only dreams before sleep and imagines herself in a beautiful dress. This girl, like the sun, is happy only in her dreams. In real life, the child feels deprived and humiliated.
Gvantsa: Auntie (addressing the reporter), why is it that some children get what they want, and others do not? Which children get their wishes fulfilled?

I dream so much that sometimes I even dream of watching cartoons on TV. Our TV has been broken for a long time. Mom doesn’t have the money to buy one. She told me it’s expensive. If I had a tablet, I would watch cartoons on it, but I don’t have one either.
