This is 11-year-old Mariam. She has three siblings.

Their father is raising the children alone because their mother was abusive and partially lost her parental rights. After all that Mariam has endured, her father tries to fulfill every wish of his little princess, but unfortunately, due to financial difficulties, it’s not always possible. The family lives very modestly, and Mariam’s father cannot work due to health problems.  Recently, Mariam’s phone broke—the screen suddenly went black and won’t turn on. 

They can’t afford a new one, leaving Mariam without a way to stay connected or even call her father from school. What’s even sadder is that their school laptop stopped working, so the children can’t do their homework. Mariam is deeply worried about her grades and doesn’t want to fall behind her classmates. 

Friends, together we can repair the children’s computer—or better yet, buy them a new one! Fulfilling the dream of a child who has endured so much is a great blessing that God has given us!
