As you already know, “Social Partnership” is engaged in charity activity in Georgia since 3 years and has three main directions:
these are care deprived children, elderly people and families with many
children. The Fund pays special attention to the children and their future. The
Fund’s approach is the following: single aid is not enough to help a child, be
it a large sum of money. The child needs to be raised correctly, it has to
learn, to develop, to find own interests and talent, and to develop in this
direction.
Currently, in #42, Meunargia Street there is a
family-type orphanage in trusteeship of the Fund that is a standard and a model
what kind of a family-type orphanage it should be. In addition to the fact that
there are all conditions for growth and development of the children and they
live in comfortable environment, the Fund is a guarantor that in the future
when the children will leave the orphanage the Fund will not leave them outside
and will help them to have better future, to get employed and so on.
The Patriarchate of Georgia supports the Fund to take
care of the future of the children. A Memorandum of mutual cooperation has been
recently registered between Kobuleti boarding school of the Fund and the Patriarchate.
The President of Fund “Social Partnership” was awarded
with the diploma for doing good with the signature of Catholicos-Patriarch of
All Georgia, the Archbishop of Mtskheta-Tbilisi and Metropolitan bishop of
Abkhazia and Bichvinta, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II; the diploma was
given to the tutors of the family-type orphanage as well.
