Salary: from 2,700 to 13,500 GEL for entry-level and mid-level performers. For those who can deliver real results, earnings are unlimited.

• developing a network of nursing homes 
• installing donation boxes 
• working with international communities on social media
• finding new channels to identify and support beneficiaries
