Seven-year-old Anna-Maria is just a child, yet she loves her mother with such deep, selfless devotion – a love many people can’t even muster in adulthood. She’s always by her mother’s side, holding her hand, never asking for anything.

But we found out from others that the family is in desperate need. The little girl doesn’t have a single toy. And more than anything, she dreams of having a pink bicycle—so she could ride to the pharmacy or the store, to help her mom live a little longer… What a wonderful child. May God bless her with health and happiness for the rest of her life and grant her mother recovery.

Anna-Maria, at just seven years old, is taking care of her gravely ill mother, who may be paralyzed any day now. She dreams of a bicycle—but there’s no one to make that wish come true, except us, dear friends. We call on all the mothers out there: if you make this little girl’s dream come true, you’ll bring joy not only to her – but to yourselves as well. 

Anna-Maria (7-year-old): “My bike is broken – the tire is flat, and the handlebar won’t turn. That’s why I can’t ride it anymore. All my friends have bikes, they ride around the yard and laugh and play… and I just watch them. I want to play with them too. It makes me so sad I feel like crying.” 

Anna-Maria: “My mommy can’t buy me a new bike.
She doesn’t even have money for food or medicine. My mommy is very sick – her spine hurts, and soon she might not be able to move at all. Who can I ask for a new bicycle? Maybe Santa Claus? Could you tell him for me?”
