My heart aches for the children who feel like outsiders in their own country…
Everything you dream of, my dear son, will come true! God loves all children equally!
Irakli (4 years old): “All the kids in the yard know that my dad left me, and that’s why I’m the only one who doesn’t have any toys. Giorgi, Nika, Elene, Tornike – all my friends have toys. I just watch them from the side and think to myself: ‘When will my mom finally have money to buy me a toy?’ There are five of us kids in our family. Mom doesn’t even have enough money for food. I don’t have a single toy, ma’am, because my family is very poor. My mom is very sick, and my dad left us and doesn’t help at all.”

Irakli: “You know what, ma’am? I really, really dream of having a big toy jeep! I would give rides to my brothers and my little sister. It would be so much fun! We’d finally laugh and play! But right now, without toys, we’re always so sad. And I’d also love to have new clothes and shoes. I need a jacket and sneakers so I can go outside in the rain without getting wet.”
Friends, let’s make Irakli’s dreams come true. Let’s bring a smile to this child’s face!

“Hey, Uncle! Did you bring me a car? A jeep? Give me my big-eyed jeep! Wow – your fund has such rich friends! They gave me such an expensive car! Now I’m the richest boy in all of Georgia!”
Let’s smile, my friends! It’s because of all of you that Ikako is filled with happiness! His smile is meant just for you!
Today, we’d like to introduce you to a handsome little four-year-old Georgian boy: Ikako Chaladze. He’s the proud first driver and owner of the best and most expensive jeep in the world! He has no idea that his “cool” jeep was a gift from kind-hearted people – most of whom aren’t rich themselves…
And thank God he doesn’t yet understand that the rich don’t live like he and his siblings do – crammed into a tiny room with no hot water, no toilet, and no sink. With no proper food and no bathtub, they bathe in a plastic basin and pour cold water over themselves from a mug outside.
And the jeep driver? He’s wearing torn-up sandals…
His sweet little sister Mari is losing her eyesight day by day – and without urgent help, she’ll go completely blind.
How heartbreaking it is, friends, that more and more families in our beloved Georgia are living like this. How beautiful that the Lord touches our hearts – and that those who reach out to us discover hope, and with it, a joy that doesn’t end.
– Ikako, are you going to assemble the jeep yourself? It’s brand new, still in the box!
Ikako: “How can I assemble a jeep? I’m only four! You assemble it – you’re big! But don’t forget anything, okay? Or my car won’t work!”
And so the whole family gathers to help assemble Ikako’s jeep – passing him the steering wheel, the wheels, the seat—piece by piece, helping his dream take shape. Ikako runs up and down the street waving the instructions, shouting joyfully:
“We’re building my jeep! We’re building my jeep!”

And suddenly the blue jeep comes to life – it beeps, it sings, its motor growls! Ikako’s the coolest driver around – he goes wherever he wants! Well… actually, wherever Mom wants. Because the jeep is remote-controlled – and Ikako is still just four.
When his poor mother saw that beautiful car, she was transported back to her own childhood. So, dear friends of the Fund – not only did you make Ikako’s dream come true, you gave a beautiful gift to his ailing mother too.

A little spoiler! We also want to show you the gifts for Ikako’s sister Mari and brother Mate – and thank you for them with all our hearts!
Dear friends of the Fund, your kind hearts didn’t forget about Ikako’s sister either. Just look at what your kindness has done! She’s glowing with happiness – just like a little sun!

Friends, have you ever seen a jeep driver who doesn’t have a home? Who lives in a tiny room with his brothers, sister, and mother? Have you ever seen a jeep driver who bathes in a basin, and washes his face with cold water outside? A jeep driver who doesn’t have breakfast or lunch? Or a jeep driver in ripped sandals?
We know one – his name is Ikako Chaladze, and he’s four years old. His mother has cancer, and his sweet sister Mari is almost blind—her sight fading more every day.
No home of their own. No treatment for mom or sister. No daily meals. Only a bright blue toy jeep. That’s our driver – Ikako.
And he needs you. He needs your help so much. He’s only four. His father left the family. And his mother is battling cancer.
