REPOST RIGHT AWAY, MY GOOD MAN! HELP YOUR FRIENDS FIND THE WAY TO GOD!

Nika Skhiladze found himself a stylish windbreaker – and tried on a brand-new mood!  “How modern, how perfect for me!” His eyes twinkle mischievously, and you can almost see him thinking: who should he go on a “date” with today – Elene, Lika, or Ani? Of course! Every girl needs to see Nika in his wonderful new jacket. So there’s no question – Nika has urgently arranged to meet all of them!

That’s the power of the clothing you’ve given! It’s hard to believe, but Nika hardly ever smiled before.

Look closely at the “before” picture – how plain the Skhiladze kids’ clothes were, how gloomy their faces looked.

Every day they would rummage through that messy pile of clothes on the floor, grabbing whatever came to hand. They didn’t even bother to look, because there was nothing bright, new, or beautiful in that heap. A fire destroyed all of this high-mountain family’s belongings in their village of Babi.

With their shabby clothes seemed to come a heaviness and hopelessness that clung to them. The way you start your day – what you wear – sets the tone for your feelings, emotions, and thoughts.

Just imagine the boys’ joy when bags of beautiful clothing arrived, letting them try on a new, happy mood.

Now – here’s the joyful transformation of Lazare! He chose a cheerful hoodie with a little wolf and a fox on it.

Look, friends! And here, in this photo, is our beneficiary Eka Latsabidze, who suffers from a severe form of iron-deficiency anemia. If Eka manages to get through the day without calling an ambulance, and has the strength to make it even to the door, she counts it as a gift from God. Because of her illness and extreme poverty, this young woman’s light dimmed far too soon.

Not expecting much, we still offered her the clothes you sent – blouses, jackets, hoodies, dresses. Then suddenly her eyes lit up – inside one bag, Eka spotted a summer dress she simply couldn’t resist.

She forgot her diagnosis and how unwell she felt, and remembered how long it had been since she’d dressed up. She desperately wanted to feel not like a patient, but like a woman again – even in her crumbling, damp-smelling home.

Eka put on the dress, and immediately felt better. Her cheeks flushed with color, and she wanted to smile! We saw it with our own eyes!

Your clothing, sent with care and love, truly heals, friends. It gives hope to the sick and to those who had given up.

How wonderful it is that our call to take part in the monthly Goodness Ranking has been heard by new companies and people. And of course, our old friends are still with us, too!

Thanks to Levan Meseridze, our beneficiary children will enjoy a fun-filled summer: playing ambulance, water fights, thrilling rally races, firemen, architects, and even Jurassic Park! We love adults who understand exactly what makes children happy.
