It was with these wonderful words on their lips that the little angels approached the main gates of the Fund. We, the staff, were filled with a trembling sense of happiness. Who, if not these little angels, could we have wished to welcome on this the Holy Feast of Easter?!

The descent of the Holy Fire in Jerusalem and the true miracle of God – this is what the children spoke about in their childish way.

Each had their own interpretation and emotions, but they were all united by one thing- their eyes shining with kindness and love…

And most importantly – an unshakable faith that in a distant land these children have never been to, the Holy Fire of God descended.

Who has ever heard of Easter without cakes and a beautiful table full of sweets? Georgian companies took care of that this year. The management and every employee of the Chernovetskyi Fund sincerely thank you for the care you have shown to needy families over many years.

The children enjoyed the delicious pastries so much that it was clear from their eyes – they were sad that they don’t have such treats waiting for them at home. But the company took care of that too.  

Each large family received so many pastries that the happy children joked to each other: “Hooray! These delicious pastries will last us the whole year!”

The day of surprises did not end there. We, the Fund staff, took the children to this magical place filled with beautiful clothes, shoes, spring jackets, and toys.

Yes, this is the very “Magic Warehouse” belonging to the Fund, where everything that can bring joy to children, adults, and the elderly is gathered.

Friends, for us – the Fund staff – things in this space are far more valuable than goods in any branded store in a shopping mall. And do you know why? Because everything here smells of love. 

The Fund also publishes monthly “Good Results.” In March and April, the happiness of children from needy families was cared for by people whose names we want the whole country to know:

Fairytale characters from the children’s entertainment center “Penguins” also learned about the magical celebration taking place at the Fund. And do you know what they did?

For one day, the magical world of “Penguins” was moved right into the center of Tbilisi – into the central office of the Chernovetskyi Fund – so that the favorite fairy tales of children from low-income families became reality.

The administration of the Chernovetskyi Fund thanks the children’s entertainment center “Penguins” for many years of loyal friendship.

At the end of the day, the children could not manage the bags of gifts they received at the Fund and asked us adults for help.

When they saw that even we could barely carry them, they laughed for a long time with joy at the sight.
