This is seven-year-old Tamar – a girl with turquoise eyes, a pure heart, and the sincerest dreams. She comes from a poor family, so she never dared to talk about what she wished for.

But her eyes said only one thing: “I dream. I really dream. With all my heart, I dream.”

— Tamar, how are you preparing for the school celebration?

Tamara (7-year-old): “Auntie, celebrations are for the children who have beautiful dresses. If I stand on stage next to my classmates in my old clothes, I’ll ruin the whole holiday.”

— I have an idea, Tamar. Let’s tell kind people about the dress you dream of.

Tamar: “Auntie, last year and the year before, I spent New Year’s Eve without a TV. Actually, it was so boring without one that I didn’t even wait for midnight – I just went to sleep. I wish that this year we could have a TV, so I can watch fun shows and fairy tales.”

This tiny angel’s heart can’t handle the sadness of so many unfulfilled dreams. It’s as if there are “clouds” in her emerald eyes. Kind-hearted people, only your care can bring sunlight into those clouds. Only kindness and love can turn a child’s dark days into a rainbow of colors.
