What could bring more joy than giving sweets and toys to children from a struggling family? You can also bring clothes to the Fund. These children deserve to feel just like any other children in Georgia.
Friends, the father of these children fell from a 35-meter cliff… and miraculously survived. Now he is confined to a wheelchair and lives with constant pain.
These children had to grow up far too early. Their father cannot walk, so they help him with the garden and firewood, all while dreaming of the simple joys of childhood.
Zviad can no longer lift his children into his arms. He cannot even walk them to school.
These little angels try to help their father like adults.
Nine-year-old Elene takes care of the garden.
Little Levan, who is only five, brings firewood every day so their home stays warm.
Levan, 5-year-old:
“I want a remote-control car. I’ll play with it at home… and show it to my dad!”
The boy dreams of rolling the car across the floor together with his father.
He believes that one day his father will stand on his feet again and play with him.
Elene, 9-year-old:
“I want a smartwatch. When I go to school, I’ll wear it on my wrist. My mom will be able to see where I am. And if she wants, she can call me…”
Elene worries about her mother.
She knows how difficult life is for their family right now,
and she wants her mother to always be able to stay in touch with her.
