The judge has cynically fined the orphanage of the Fund “Social Partnership”

A precedent was
established in Georgia, in the country where according to official data 70 000
children hunger, children’s free boarding school, which is open since the 23^rd
of November 2014 in Kobuleti and it is the best in the region according to standards,
was fined 3 000 GEL and magister judge Lasha Tavartkiladze says that his
decision was adequate and fair.

The judge thinks that closing of the boarding school
and taking back the children to poverty where they had lived before the
boarding school was open, is the fair decision. The judge was more loyal to the
Ministry of Healthcare than the representatives of the Ministry to the decision
of their Ministry”, – was said in press release of the Fund Social Partnership.

The Fund lodged a
complaint against the decision of the judge.

“The boarding school will
not be closed and we shall lodge our complaints everywhere for juridical and
human truths are on our side. Mazniashvili boarding school brings up successful
citizens of the country and imposing a fine and hindering our activity is only
temporary obstructive factor for our development.

Mazniashvili boarding
school is the first step to the big jump that will be done in Adjara for
children. We shall fight for reopening of Mazniashvili boarding school and at
the same time we shall carry out our new projects in Kobuleti and Adjara
Region.

Our new homes and
boarding schools will be the basis for bringing up real patriotic generation
for Adjara, who will serve for their country; on the other hand, we are ready
to meet a competition with those boarding schools that work against interests of
the country and that are a lot in Adjara Region. We shall create boarding
schools of European type where children, their mothers, families will live and
they will have an opportunity to choose – to raise real patriots of their own
country in European type establishments, or to bring the children under
influence of “unknown” persons.

In February of the
current year the Ministry of Healthcare fined Mazniashvili boarding school,
which is under Fund “Social Partnership”, with 3 000 GEL for having no
license, the Charity Fund lodged a complaint against the Ministry.

“Social Partnership”
lodged a claim in two directions; according to the legislation such boarding
schools need no license, and, besides, in Adjara there are tens of boarding
schools managed by organizations with interests of foreign countries and where
Georgian children are brought up with ideology of a foreign country, and during
last 8 years Social Agency was not interested in activities of these schools,
and now no events are held against these harmful activities, which definitely
damages our young generation and in the future endangers security of our
country”.
