Thank you, friends, for your tremendous support of the Zurabishvili family. May the end of this post inspire you to act, rather than feel sad. Tears won’t solve anything. Feeling compassion is important and wonderful, but our actions are even more crucial. God bless you! If you have a heavy heart because of everyday problems or unresolved issues, as a distraction just see our posts on Facebook, or better call any of our beneficiaries, and all your problems will seem unimportant to you, compared with the problems of those to whom you helped in the most difficult moment of their lives.

A mother, after a grueling surgery with excruciating pain and having had a breast removed, has to collect scrap metal so her children don’t starve! Her husband suffers from a severe stomach condition! He needs special food. But they have none! It’s horrifying! If we don’t help them, they likely won’t survive!

Andria is just one and a half years old. The baby is crying from hunger. There is nothing you can do to calm him down. What a miracle, friends, that the Lord does with Georgian women! The mother feeds him with her other breast!

REPOST RIGHT AWAY, MY GOOD MAN! HELP YOUR FRIENDS FIND THE WAY TO GOD!

Poor, unfortunate soul… It’s all wrong… There are no words to express our pain when we visited this family! With such a condition, it’s only a matter of time before the second breast and then the uterus need to be removed as well.

Such diseases are often hereditary, so friends, please advise your wives and grown daughters to get examined, preferably abroad. (By the way, we have excellent contacts with Turkish and Israeli clinics.) That’s what Angelina Jolie did! Two years ago, she got her second breast removed, and recently she had her ovaries removed to prevent cancer.

What a beautiful woman! People I, Leonid Chernovetsky, knew from my previous life when I often visited the USA, and who were acquainted with Jolie, say that she is a very kind and down-to-earth person.
And hospitable, just like a true Georgian.

Attention, attention, attention, to our dear female subscribers, our beautiful Georgian ladies who read our medical news, which we have decided to publish regularly. Please take note of the conclusions from the world’s top doctors. According to their research, if your maternal relatives had a genetic defect in the form of a mutated BRCA1 gene, the risk of daughters developing breast cancer increases by 50-80%. So don’t waste time! Learn about your family’s medical history!

Teona is only 24 years old, and she has suffered immensely. She had one breast removed. The fact that she survived such a serious operation is a real miracle, friends! The Lord is great! The mother feeds her baby with her only breast. It is another miracle that she has milk. God did not let her infant die of hunger and preserved the mother’s life.

A mother of two miraculously survived a breast abscess. Can we really allow her and her children to starve?

Anna-Maria (4-year-old): “Auntie, I’m hungry! I want to eat! We don’t have any food at home, only plain bread. My brother and I cry all day, our stomachs hurt. We have no strength to get up, we lie down all the time.”

A piece of bread and garlic – that’s all the food for the whole day. And mom’s milk – a gift from God – for the littlest one!

Just imagine: Teona, who is severely ill, has to collect scrap metal on the streets and carry heavy loads just to feed her children. And all this for the sake of 2-3 GEL. That’s the price of a piece of bread. Her husband is also very ill with stomach problems. He can’t digest food and vomits after every meal. The doctor prescribed medications that cost 180 lari. But where can the family get such money? The social allowance they receive almost entirely goes to cover the bank debt for treatment.

Recently, little Andria was scalded with boiling water and got severe burns. There is no water in the house; they have to carry water from a neighboring well and heat it on the stove to bathe the children. That’s why the accident happened!

In the summer, the children had pneumonia four times! And Andria also has low hemoglobin from malnutrition. But there is no money for doctors or medications.

SOS! The boy is very weak. He can barely walk on his own and constantly asks to be carried.

Teona (the mother, 24 years old): “Look at where we live. This abandoned building was once a school. We’re sitting on a powder keg, waiting for the day when they’ll kick us out. We sleep on a dilapidated bed that was given to us. We don’t have a washing machine or a refrigerator.”

They have to cook outside in makeshift conditions. Oh God, what barbarity, what disregard for human life!

REPOST RIGHT AWAY, MY GOOD MAN! HELP YOUR FRIENDS FIND THE WAY TO GOD!

How can we help this good, close-knit family? First and foremost, let’s make sure the children are fed so the parents don’t have to worry about their lives. We need to buy special food to save the husband’s life! Then, we’ll provide everything they need for their home. Let’s take care of water installation, pay for the rent, and get them checked by good doctors. Teona should definitely go to Turkey for treatment; otherwise, she might not survive here! We need to examine the husband as well. And let’s pray, pray, and pray! We can’t bear the thought of leaving these unfortunate people to suffer and deteriorate here in Georgia! They can’t manage without you; they need help urgently, urgently! The right word is SOS, SOS, SOS, dear friends!

If you are willing to visit the family and help them in person, here is their address: Khashuri Municipality, Surami, Chumaleti, 102 Tamar Mepe Street.

Every time you can help someone, just do it, and rejoice that God answers someone’s prayers through you!

REPOST RIGHT AWAY, MY GOOD MAN! HELP YOUR FRIENDS FIND THE WAY TO GOD!

Teona: “I thought, ‘What if my kids get lucky too?’ – and I wrote to the Chernovetskyi Fund.”
Anna-Maria: This matsoni is so big, I can barely hold it! (The baby asks for help) Mommy, help me! I’d rather eat yogurt; it fits in my hand. And the sausages, I’ll eat them later, after I play with my new horsey. Mom! Mom! Why am I so hot? Ugh!
Teona (Mom): Because you’re wearing a hoodie and tights. These were given to you for the fall, dear.
Anna-Maria: Then I’ll go and wear what they gave me for hot weather. Did you see how much they sent?! Three bags, no, five bags!
There’s excitement and hustle in the Zurabishvili family. We’re handing over your gifts to Anna-Maria, Andria, and their parents: appliances, furniture, diapers, food, toys!

While the stairs are clear, and the adults are setting up the appliances in the house, Anna-Maria shows off her new clothes.

It’s hot in tights and long sleeves, but she really wants to show off!

Anna-Maria decided it’s easier to show off in a T-shirt. She now has a bunch of summer clothes too!
Teona: I enjoyed watching how you helped other families. I rejoiced with them when your truck arrived with help, and the children shouted: ‘The Fund! Hooray!’ I thought: ‘Maybe my kids will get lucky too? Let me just write to them.’ Feel my pulse! This is from joy and excitement. When your trucks arrived at the gate, my heart jumped and started pounding! My little ones are laughing, goofing around with each other. My husband wasn’t feeling well this morning, but now he’s forgotten about the pain and is helping to bring things inside.

Before the new chairs are brought into the house, we can play train passengers.

Anna-Maria: ‘Andria, this wardrobe is like the front of the train.’
Teona: You can’t imagine how much you’re saving and helping us! The place we live is not even our home! This used to be an abandoned primary school building that truck drivers and others turned into a restroom. Yes, everyone would run in from the street to relieve themselves. We scrubbed these rooms, cleaned them, and stayed here because we had nowhere else to go. What kind of conditions are we even talking about?
Oh my God, my daughter will no longer sleep on a dirty, dusty mattress! Andria now has diapers, not makeshift cloths! This new refrigerator won’t rattle and make terrifying sounds, it won’t leak like the old one… I won’t be so worn out from hand washing.
I’ll put everything into the washing machine and go for a walk with the kids. I’ll give them more attention. I’ll bake whatever my joys and loves ask for in the microwave! Even the poor have dreams come true! Today, my dream came true!

Anna-Maria: “Now, Andria, you’ll have a clean and dry diaper.”

The old things ended up in the yard,

and the newly freed corner was taken up by new appliances.

“I’ll bake whatever my kids ask for,”
– Teona, that’s wonderful! We completely share your excitement and joy. Have the Fund’s friends visited you?
Teona: They’ve visited us and sent packages. Ucha Macharashvili from Khashuri helped us with food and diapers. Many thanks to our compatriot! Other friends of the Chernovetskyi Fund sent clothes for the children.
To everyone who cared about us and supported our family, I wish you boundless happiness! Wish you everything good, health, and joy! May even the shadow of problems not touch you, and may trials and sorrows stay far away! My emotions are overflowing, and my joy is immeasurable!

Teona: “My emotions are overflowing! And my joy is immeasurable!”
Giorgi (the children’s father): And if I may, I’d like to say a few words. May God give you everything your heart desires! May you have everything for a prosperous, good life. May no family in Georgia be in need. Take care of your health, and may it never trouble you.
Anna-Maria: I want to say hello. Come on, film me! I want to say ‘gamarjoba’ and ‘madoba.’
Teona: My daughter wants to say thank you, but she can’t quite say ‘madloba’ yet.
– What do you want to say thank you for, Anna-Maria?
Anna-Maria: For the horsey, the little dragon, the doll, the dresses, the treats.

Anna-Maria: “I’m going to name the doll after myself. I’m beautiful, and she’s beautiful. It’s a name for beautiful girls.”

Anna-Maria is thrilled with the TV: “How big the cartoon characters have become! I’ve only ever seen them tiny.”
– That’s a wrap! I’ll pass everything on. Teona, let’s talk about the remaining problems; they haven’t just vanished.
Teona: On such a bright, joyful day, I don’t want to ruin the mood for either of us. But tomorrow, we’ll continue with our usual life. It’s good that it’s hot and there’s no rain. We really depend on the weather. When the bad weather starts, it will rain through the ceiling in every room. I cook food outside on a wood stove, which is difficult in rain and wind. And we don’t have gas. We don’t have our own bathroom. There’s no place to bathe, so we wash in a basin. We use the toilet of a restaurant nearby.
And there was no water in this area – neither we nor our neighbors had it. Luckily, the authorities managed to get it installed before the elections. When they need something, they remember us. Otherwise… we’re not really a priority. No one from the city hall or local administration has come by to check on us after your post, to see if we’re alive. We can’t get them to install the gas.
We can’t install windows. My husband is working as best he can, enduring pain. He needs treatment, examinations, and medication for his stomach. But we can’t afford any of that – because of poverty. I hope this doesn’t spoil your mood; I just wanted to share our reality as it is.
