Twelve-year-old Nikoloz urgently needs kidney removal surgery! His father, left alone with four children, cannot afford the treatment. Please help care for this sick boy!

At 12 years old, Nikoloz was carefree, playing soccer with other boys, training hard, and living an active life. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary until, before an upcoming tournament, a routine medical check revealed a congenital kidney condition—hydronephrosis. Doctors found that his left kidney was completely destroyed, leaving only one option: surgery to remove it.
– Nikoloz, how are you feeling?
Nikoloz (12-year-old): “My kidneys hurt so much, I can’t find any relief. Imagine someone hammering nails into your side with a hammer – that’s how it feels! I used to be energetic and never got tired. Now, just stepping outside the gate leaves me completely drained. I spend all my time lying down.”

Aleksandre, the father (43-year-old): “Nikoloz’s mother drank heavily, she beat the children, and didn’t care for them, so I divorced her. I’m not against her visiting the kids, but she doesn’t even ask how they’re doing. I recently went to her to ask for help for our sick son.
She said she doesn’t have any children. I never imagined how hard it would be to raise four kids alone. But it’s God’s will, and now I’m both their father and their mother.”
Aleksandre: “Our only income is social allowance. I had to quit my job because of my health. I’ve undergone several surgeries—one for an umbilical hernia and another for my appendix. I can’t lift heavy things, but risking my health, I take odd labor jobs just to ensure my children don’t go hungry!”
A dangerous illness has suddenly turned Nikoloz’s world upside down. Now, he’s confined within four walls. Doctors have forbidden him from going to school or playing sports. He must avoid overexertion and, most importantly, protect himself from viruses and the flu.
Nikoloz endures his constant weakness with remarkable strength and resilience. He also believes that he will recover and return to his favorite activity—playing soccer.
But there’s so little time left to prevent this illness from shattering his dreams. We know that for thousands of compassionate people, nothing is impossible. His father is doing everything he can but is utterly exhausted. Save this boy! Only you can change his future now. Doesn’t he deserve to live?

Barbare (13-year-old): “The roof leaks, so during rainstorms, we have to put out basins and move the beds to keep them dry. Recently, our water heater exploded, and now we have no hot water. We also don’t have a washing machine, and without one Papa is totally helpless.”
The girls help their father by washing dishes in freezing water. But who will help them if they catch a cold? Who will buy them medicine?
The children eat at a social canteen. They’re not picky and eat whatever they’re given. And they even share their bread with the stray puppies they’ve taken in.
These little ones understand that kindness always comes back to you. Friends, we can’t replace their mother, but together we can take care of these children! Let’s support this heroic father, who is fighting poverty alone and trying to save his four kids!
