We helped the Takashvili family escape their appalling conditions: we installed new windows and doors so the children no longer lived in drafts; we bought them a safe stove, furniture, and two beds, where for the first time they slept softly and peacefully; we provided them with uniforms, shoes, a television, a tablet, a bicycle, and food. We saved Saba and Gabriel from the cold, humiliation, and danger of the gas stove—and gave them the normal, happy childhood they never had.

The Lord is great! He has touched your hearts and brought joy back into the life of a little Georgian girl! Little Mari thanks you — even though she doesn’t yet understand why people are being so kind to her! May you be blessed, dear friends!

We paid for Mariam’s flight to Turkey for the surgery, hotel accommodations, and purchased a power wheelchair for her to use after the procedure. We also bought her clothes and shoes. All of this ensured she could complete the next stage of treatment, recover safely, and continue the necessary surgeries that directly affect her life.

We paid for Roman’s full rehabilitation course at the Ken Walker Clinic and an MRI. Thanks to this assistance, he emerged from complete immobility, began sitting for longer periods, moving his arms and legs, and standing using his hands. He regained hope of continuing treatment and recovering from his severe spinal cord injury.

We paid for baby Rezi’s surgery in Turkey, examinations and tests, purchased an oxygen machine and an oxygen tank for home, and provided him with baby food. This assistance removed the threat to his life, gave him the opportunity to breathe normally and recover from a serious illness.

Look at Giorgi’s face! Look closely into his kind eyes! Do you remember how he used to suffer in that old, broken wheelchair? And how much joy shines in his eyes today! We help:

We bought Georgy a new electric wheelchair, completely replacing his old, rusty, and broken wheelchair. Thanks to this, he can now move safely and independently, go to school, and play with other children. The family also received additional assistance from neighbors in the form of clothing and food.

Friends of the Fund, you have truly performed another miracle! You have achieved the impossible for a poor sick child and his single mother. 4-year-old Data has recovered from a painful illness! Along with the illness, Data said goodbye to the garage, where the child had to live in moldy walls that were deadly to the lungs. Now there is a large yard, a jacuzzi, new furniture, a prince’s bedroom with a veranda and a beautiful view — this is what our heroic boy’s life will be like from today.

We paid for Date’s surgery and tests in Turkey, which resolved a severe urinary problem; provided the family with a year’s rent on a new apartment with favorable conditions; bought her a tablet; and covered her basic household needs. This allowed Date to recover from the surgery, live in safe and clean housing instead of an old train car, and receive further treatment in a stable environment.

Another miracle has happened, thanks to you, dear friends! A child who, just a year and a half ago, could only crawl on his stomach — with no hope left that he would ever walk — is now running after a ball like a future football star of our country! If not for you, dear friends of the Fund, this poor boy would have gone to school on the very first day in a wheelchair!  Yes — it’s with your help that Aleko was given a second chance at life!

We paid for Aleko’s surgery, rehabilitation courses, massage, swimming, physical therapy, medications, a walker, and examinations, and also provided the family with food and essentials. Thanks to this assistance, the child, who used to crawl on his stomach, now walks, climbs stairs, washes himself, and practices playing soccer.
