The team of the project “Home care” actively fulfills its obligations in the hot summer days.

With each visit they make life easier for the patients and they take care of them who cannot leave their homes and help them with medicines as well as food, hygienic means and all other necessary means.

In 2014, the project “Home care” took care of 400 patients. It is planned that this number exceeds 500 by the end of the year.

The leadership of “Social Partnership” thanks a lot each coordinator, nurse, nurse assistant and social workers in the team of the project “Home care” for their work.
