Friends, the Lord gave us souls so we could feel compassion for those who are truly in need. Today, we share a deeply moving story – the story of a young and loving mother, 21-year-old Maria. She is suffering terribly. But this is one of those cases where God has given us the strength and resources to save her from agonizing, life-threatening pain. Maria must not die. Because a charming 3-month-old Georgian baby boy is waiting for her. Without his mother, he will not survive. And we will never forgive ourselves for such a loss.

David – a noble young Georgian man with a kind heart – couldn’t just walk past a group of thugs beating up a passerby! He rushed to help – but when he lost consciousness, the drunken brutes slashed his carotid artery with a piece of broken glass. Horrifying! With that, they sentenced this 23-year-old man – a father of two newborn babies – to certain death. This was a brutal attempted murder, friends! And we, the staff of the Fund, with your support, will fight to ensure the killers receive the maximum punishment in court! Because if we wait for the Ministry of Health to allocate funds, David may simply not survive… Georgian doctors are giving him only a 1% chance of survival.
