We went for a guy who showed us his house, or rather the wooden junk in which he lives, and did not know where to start the conversation ... it's hard to ask questions to a child who is doomed!

 Nick himself began to talk with us.

Nika - corr: Worried? Once arrived, do not be afraid, do not worry! Come in, come in! The walls today will not collapse and the floor will not fail. Please do not stand in the yard.

But, to be honest, we were all the same scared ...

- Nika, tell us how you live here?

Nick: this is my grandfather’s parents house. They lived here 100 years ago. He must have looked better then. Then my dad and mom lived here. My sister and I were born in this house. And then everyone began to die ... my beloved grandparents ... and recently, before the New Year, my beloved daddy died. My mother and I were left alone ...

 - What about mom?

Nick: she’s been sick for a long time. She is often operated on. I don’t know for sure that something was deleted there. Recently, she became ill, she went to the doctor and she was not accepted there. They did the tests, but they don’t say the answers until she pays 60 GEL. And we don’t have that kind of money. And we can never collect.

 “What do you live on?”

Nika: the neighbors are helping. Either Aunt Maya will bring a hot lunch, then Aunt Leah will treat him with bread ... they are very kind with us.

- Can I talk to mom?

Nick: no, please don’t. She will begin to cry, and I cannot calm her down. Ask me if you are still interested in something.

Mom is very sick and she cannot think (the boy was shy and blushed. And a little later we learned from the neighbors that his mother is mentally retarded from birth)

- Nika, do you go to school?

Nick: sometimes yes, sometimes no ... When the weather is bad - I have nothing to wear!

Let’s better I will show you the house .... This is where water pours in the rain. And we rearrange the beds, sleep here and there ... You know, I want to study, but I have nothing to go to school ... everything is torn and full of holes ... Maybe you will not write about it? It’s not necessary ?! Corr. - We came to write about everything! Nothing, son. Everything will be alright. There are many good people in Georgia. You will see for yourself ...!

- Nika, what do you and your mom need most right now.

Nick: my first request is to help us fix the roof. While dad was alive, he bought some materials, but could not finish the repair, and I alone could not. I also ask you to help me with my mom. She needs to be examined. But we don’t have money for doctors. Even if you can ask for beds and shoes for me.

 It is very difficult to listen to an adult boy. When his peers play games on mobile phones and beg their parents to buy a better phone, this boy thinks about how to survive ... how not to die of hunger, or not to find himself under the rubble of his house ...

During the conversation, Nick constantly held on to his stomach. He never admitted what the problem was, but then he said. That he had stomach problems since birth, and even something was removed there. He even showed us his scar. He said that he needed special food, and then laughed: “Sometimes we don’t even have bread ... I don’t even know that this is special food”

So another touching story came to an end. The story of a Georgian child left to the mercy of fate, but with the dignity of his own nation and reasoning as an adult. He has no childhood. And this is sad. After all, all children should have joy at this age. Therefore, we know for sure that we will reach hearts that feel ... we are sure that for the thousandth time we will open the hearts of believers in God! After all, Nika and thousands of such boys and girls were sent to us so that we would become kinder, that we would come closer to God!
