Amina: Here is our TV. It has not been working for a long time, but I turn it on every day in the hope that suddenly it will work. I turn the control knobs, but there is no sound, no image. Sometimes it is hissing like a snake. Sometimes nothing happens at all.

• If you had a TV, what would you watch there?

Amina: I love geography shows. You can learn so much interesting things, they show such countries that I will hardly ever get into.

• In addition to TV, do you have any serious dreams that can somehow affect your future?

Amina: I am 12 years old, and I do not know what I will become, but I love to study. I would probably like to have a laptop more than a TV, but it would be only for me, and a TV is for everyone.

• What would you watch on a laptop?

Amina: Oh, there is so much information on the Internet! I would probably read all the time! I would study different countries.
