“Do you know that the New Year is coming soon? Do you have children? Will Santa come to them? Did they behave well? Will you give them some presents too? The dolls? And candy? And dresses like Princess Elsa has?” - plies me with questions six-year-old Barbare.

"How much I want to hug you!"So sad just yesterday and so joyful today, Barbara asks to convey this to all kind people - friends of the Fund

“It was the first time I invited my friend to my house,” seven-year-old Barbara says. “Of course, I invited my closest and best friend at first, but then I probably won’t be embarrassed to invite others ... When I have my home... Or a beautiful bed... Or a beautiful room... I already believe that I will have that!”

Thanks to the friends of the Fund, this baby met us happy today. She tweeted and told us how happy she was with the gifts. She said she already believes in Santa but knows that he lives not in Lapland but in our Fund.

Our readers, subscribers, donors, do you know that you are doing a great job? Help is great, but what about hope? The awakening of hope and faith in such little, sad people outweighs any riches! It's priceless! Thank you for each smile of the children, the joy you brought to each of them, and the faith that you lit up like stars in their eyes!

“I want so much to hug you!”

Today we will tell you what we managed to do for the Sardalashvili family, how we helped them. However, our support and kindness did not end there. We believe we can do much more!  You can read the post following the link. Don’t forget to share it!

Most of all I liked our shining fridge!

  • Madona, I see you are happy. Did you like our gifts?

Madona (32-year-old): To be honest, I did not even dare to dream of such a washing machine and refrigerator. When I saw it, I screamed with joy, like a child - "Hurray" - we already have something of our own! You know, we stay in this house temporarily, everything here belongs to the owner of the house. Nothing is ours. Although these beds and furniture are in poor condition, they are not ours. We live here temporarily. We don't have anything. Well... We already have a washing machine and a fridge. I want to say thank you to the people who supported us - the friends of the Fund.

“Mommy, teach me and I will help you too!”

When mommy smiles kids are happy too!

Barbare (7-year-old): Do you see how happy my mom is? She used to be so sad... All the time... I am happy too. My little brother Rezi is happy too. He doesn’t know yet what a washing machine and a refrigerator are for, because he is only two years old, but when mom is in a good mood, the children laugh too!  But he knows what sweets are for, and he really liked these treats! (smiles)

Look, Rezi, here is another cookie... (gives treats to her brother.)

Reziko is eating cookies for the first time in his life! “It is so delicious! I want more!!!”

"Now I can invite a friend over for sweets!"

  • What did you like the most, Barbare?

Barbare: I am already a big girl. Of course, I was happy with sweets, because I'm not that big ... (laughs) But most of all I liked the refrigerator. All my friends have refrigerators and washing machines at home. And we did not have that. We had absolutely nothing. This house is so ugly. The beds here are bad. I have always been embarrassed to bring my friends to this house. We have at least something new and beautiful now, so I invited my best friend. I'm not embarrassed anymore.

  • I see that you are already a big girl! You probably go to school. Do you like school?

Barbare: I go to school, and I really like it. I study well.

  • You get tens?

Barbare: They don't give us marks yet - did I tell you I'm not that big? But they write to us "well done" and even give us stars. I am collecting these stars now to send them to you. You have brought us so many gifts and I can thank you with these stars. Do you want me to send you many, many stars?

  • Sure. I am sure that you will collect and send us so many stars that we can even light up the sky.

Madona: I am grateful for the good that strangers have done for our family. In addition to these gifts, we received medications and food several times - just in time! When we didn’t have a single piece of bread at home, when Reziko had a temperature of up to forty degrees, when we didn’t have a penny to buy him an antipyretic, it was then that you became our saviors. Thank you for everything.

  • Madonna, did you make new friends after we published a post about you? Maybe someone else contacted you?

Madona: Yes, there was one good man named Abu. He’s a foreigner. I am not sure what country is he from. It is so good when even foreigners read and share your information. Abu brought us lots of groceries, almost everything. He brought diapers for Rezi. Abu also promised us to help with a house. We can't stay here for long, can we?

  • Did the local authorities get interested in your problems?

Madona: A foreigner got worried, but the local authorities did not. They did nothing! Ever!  Do you know there is an employment program now? My husband was enrolled in this program. He works as an assistant forest-guard. His salary is 300 GEL. It is enough for bread. We will not starve to death.

  • It's good that something in your life has changed for the better. However, you still have many needs. What is the most important to you right now?

Madona: The most important is to have your own roof over your head. I dream of having my own small room of at least 20 square meters, where I can wake up calmly and not be afraid that the owner will come and say:  "Move out!" We are very grateful to the person who sheltered us here! He doesn't charge us rent, he doesn't rush us, but soon he'll need the place himself... What then? Where to go then? Another thing that we always need is food. I don’t care about us, but kids cannot live only on bread.

Barbare: I need something. I need it a lot... Can I say what it is?

  • Sure, you should tell me everything.

“I believe you know Santas!”

“I wanna vroom-vroom... A brew one!”

Barbare: I want to have a beautiful bed. Fluffy... And soft... To sleep very sweet. One, that I would be happy to see, when I wake up in the morning! And can I also have a pillow and a blanket with Elsa and Anna?

  • Of course, you can! I'll write these wishes on a card to send it to Santa, okay?

Barbare: Just don’t send it to Lapland, take it to the Fund. Santas live there.

I thought about Barbara's words. Our dear friends, you are those Santas who make the little angels happy not only on New Year's Eve, but throughout the year. I am sure that this message of Barbara will not be left behind. We must earn the stars, don’t we?  I believe that we will make all children in Georgia happy! We will deliver baskets full of goodness to all needy families in Georgia!

If you have a heavy heart because of everyday problems or unresolved issues, as a distraction just see our posts on Facebook, or better call any of our beneficiaries, and all your problems will seem unimportant to you, compared with the problems of those to whom you helped in the most difficult moment of their lives.

Our problems are noting if compared... Here are true misfortunes, in front of your eyes! Just thank the Lord for what you have. You are the happiest person in the world! Remember this and help those in need!

Unfortunately, problems of this and other families do not end here and now... Therefore, from time to time, look through the stories of unhappy people on our website, talk to them. Every time you dial the phone of an unhappy person, God is blessing you! For sure! Keep on helping these families! This is the best service to the Lord!

Friends, we have one more request for you - if you find out that your friend or neighbor needs help, please show your caring attitude and drop us an email at:

Your kindness is a chance for yourself to be happy in everything.
