A little Georgian angel, far from home, is counting the days of his life. Turkish doctors are doing everything possible to save him. May God bless them. But the merciless sarcoma is slowly devouring little David alive.
REPOST RIGHT AWAY, MY GOOD MAN! HELP YOUR FRIENDS TO GET CLOSER TO GOD!

Every second that passes is a step closer to the abyss.

Sadly, the child’s condition has become critical. Each passing minute draws him nearer to death. The only chance to save this angel is another surgery – this time much less expensive, yet still vital.

The Chernovetskyi Fund appeals to the citizens of Georgia, and to our dear compatriots living abroad. Dear emigrants – you, more than anyone, know the pain of a mother’s heart when she is far from her child and cannot hear his breath. Now imagine what a mother feels when she counts every breath of her child, fully aware that at any moment it could be the last.

The Chernovetskyi Fund also wishes to inform you that we are the only charitable organization this mother has turned to.We sincerely thank Mrs. Khatuna for the trust she has placed in us. Can you imagine – together, we have already gathered more compassion and more funds than the Ministry itself, which allocated $20,000 nearly six months ago. If not for you, dear friends, this child would not be alive today.

Faithful hearts, remember: Even one call from you can give 10-year-old David another chance at life.

Save my child from death! He’s only 10 years old – and your Fund is the only one that can save him. Yesterday, a desperate mother called us from Turkey. She asked us to thank everyone deeply. On the other end of the line was a mother in despair, watching her little angel die in a foreign land.

Recently, David fell into a coma. For three days, the boy was almost dead. The world’s leading doctors raised their hands helplessly: “Medicine can do no more. There’s no chance left to save this child.” But a miracle happened – the child who was declared dead came back to life!
Sadly, the joy didn’t last. Now, this 10-year-old Georgian boy is counting the final days of his life.
This tragedy can still be prevented – but only if our Georgian emigrants unite with us again, as they once did.
Many of you probably remember this little angel – David Khostaria, the boy the whole world was talking about a few months ago. He underwent a very complex brain surgery that lasted nearly 17 hours.

Khatuna, 50 years old (David’s mother): “If it weren’t for the friends of the Chernovetskyi Fund, I would already have been standing for the third month by the grave of my angel – my son, whom I had waited for all my life!
Probably for the first time in Georgia’s history, you managed to raise twice as much as the state allocated – which didn’t even care to ask whether my baby was still alive! Money came not only from Georgia but from all over the world – from our compatriots everywhere. When it came to saving a child’s life, it was your donations that saved my David. Now, you all are my dearest people on earth. My friends and neighbors told me that only your Fund in Georgia truly cares for dying children – and I didn’t believe it at first. What the state provides is never enough! And what hurts me most is that four months ago the Tbilisi City Hall promised me to allocate 10,000 GEL – but we never received a single lari. How do these people sleep peacefully at night? How do they look into their own children’s eyes? All of Georgia – even the whole world – knows this terrible story!”
And now, as my son counts the final hours of his life in a foreign hospital, my only hope is to pray to God that the Chernovetskyi Fund and its kind supporters won’t stop helping us raise the funds we so desperately need. Lord, please show us a miracle one more time!
The child’s mother sent a heartfelt letter of gratitude to the Fund’s founder, Leonid Chernovetskyi, from the Turkish clinic:

“Thank you for existing and for doing good. Thank you for everything you’ve done for David – thank you that my son is alive. If not for you, I don’t know what would have happened to us. May God bless you with long life, health, and happiness, and may there be more people like you in this world.”
I passed the letter on to our founder – and he replied: “Only the Lord works miracles. What happened to your child is the merit of kind people who opened their hearts to Him.
I will pray today for your child’s full recovery. As a father of three and a grandfather of eleven, I understand your pain deeply. I will also pray for Georgia and its people. I am proud to be a citizen of this great country.
– Leonid”
Khatuna, David’s mother: “We were receiving 380 GEL of social allowance. Sometimes my family exchanged that money into dollars or lira and sent it to me in Turkey. It wasn’t much, but it helped us survive. Then, the state cut off that aid – for me and my dying son – just because we’ve been in a Turkish hospital for the past three months and our border crossing wasn’t officially recorded.”
“Typical bureaucrats! They’re the same in every former Soviet country. What a way to ‘congratulate’ you! May nothing like this ever happen to their children. I’ll personally write to the Ministry and make this public on my social media!”
Leonid.

“So it turns out that if my child had died and his cold body had been brought back to Georgia, the state would have continued the aid. But now, while my ten-year-old son is still fighting for his life – when every lari counts – the state has betrayed us.”
Friends of the Fund, a cruel sarcoma is eating this child alive. David urgently needs another operation on his head and face.

– the bones of his face have already been removed. Let’s finish what we started. let’s save him. He is our child – a Georgian boy!
He also needs surgery on his ears, because food and water that enter his body are now leaking out through them.

To make things worse, doctors have found a brain infection that must be treated immediately. All of this requires a large sum of money. We, friends, must decide whether this Georgian boy will return home alive from Turkey – or not.
The poor child spent his birthday under anesthesia on the operating table. The next one – he may celebrate with us in Georgia… or (God forbid) in a cold, damp grave, if we don’t help him now.
The countdown of life has begun! The remaining surgeries will cost approximately 25,000 USD.
