Luka cannot talk, walk, or even sit on his own… But he still has a chance to say his first “Mama” – three weeks that could change his entire life. He cannot say the word “Mama.” 

He cannot sit by himself. He cannot walk. Even chewing food is still an impossible dream for this four-year-old little boy. But Luka can smile. He can play. And he looks at his parents with eyes that seem to understand everything without words. 

Since the day he was born, this little boy with cerebral palsy has been fighting a quiet, invisible battle every single day. His parents have already gone through hospitals, examinations, surgery, and treatment in Turkey. 

They hold on to every hope, every doctor, every tiny chance that one day they may hear their son’s first word or see his first steps. 

Now Luka has been given a new chance – an intensive rehabilitation program in Baku.  Just three weeks could change his future. But for his family, the cost is impossible to bear alone. While other children run toward life, Luka is still learning how to hold his own body upright.

While other children say their first words, he silently looks into his mother’s eyes. And perhaps your help could become the first step toward his new life.
