And their mother is happy with her new refrigerator, which flaunts instead of an old rotten ruin with a falling off door.

  Inga: You can't even imagine what a huge joy you gave us! I just don't have enough words to express my gratitude! Extreme despair led me to your Fund, I could not even imagine that in such a difficult time anyone would respond to my cry for help. Oh, how wrong I was... Now, thanks to your kind readers, my children have the opportunity to learn, they no longer miss lessons, and this is no less important than their daily bread. I went crazy with the thought that my sons hadn't attended classes for almost a year, because there was no computer or even a simple phone. And now they have a tablet, and not one, but two! Just enough because they study in different shifts. I cannot describe to you what was happening here when your employees brought us gifts: the boys were jumping and shouting with joy. Of course, no one has given them anything for so long, they have forgotten what joy is. “Mom, is this all for us? Aren’t they wrong?" - they asked me.

  Inga: Fridge! You can't even imagine what a pleasure it is to see this beautiful refrigerator when you walk into the kitchen. Our old refrigerator‘s door fell off, it was no longer good for anything. For us, food is worth its weight in gold - it's so hard for us to get it. And when you cook something, and the next day you have to throw it away because it went bad - it is terrible. You made us a wonderful gift! If I could express my emotions like my children do, I would throw myself at you!

  - Could you please tell us what you felt, what changed after the post was published?

Inga: To be honest, at first, I was a little bit embarrassed to ask for help when such things were happening in the country and all over the world. It's hard for everyone now. But I could no longer sit back and watch how my children were suffering. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the number of people who were ready to help us! Probably, someone took this money away from their own family and shared it with my children! From the bottom of my heart, I thank everyone who did not pass by our misfortune, everyone who at least read our story and their heart skipped a beat! May the Lord bless you, and each penny will return a hundredfold to you!

  - What does this support and help mean to you?

  Inga: My husband and I are used to counting only on ourselves because he was raised in an orphanage, and I grew up in a large family. And when the situation became hopeless, it seemed to us that this was the end. It wouldn’t even have crossed our minds to ask someone for anything. I was afraid of the coming of each new day. Thanks to my daughter’s tip - she saw on Facebook how many unfortunate people you helped. After the publication, I realized that I was not alone facing my problems, that there are many kind people in the world who are not indifferent to our misfortune, and who are ready to lend a helping hand! Hope settled in my heart again, I realized that we were not alone! It is so important to realize that - it gives you strength and faith in a new future!

- Inga, was there any respond to our post from the local authorities?

  Inga: Oh, what are you talking about... (Waves her hand hopelessly.) The house where we lived collapsed, we had to rent an apartment, and this is a disaster for us. The children already lived from hand to mouth, and then we got the extra expenses because of rent. I have repeatedly addressed them, I asked them to help us, but no one responded.

Do you recognize in the photo on the right those sad boys we introduced to you a couple of months ago? They're like different people.

  - Oto, will you show me your new toy?

  Oto (7-year-old): Ma’am, it is not a toy! This is a serious device - I learn using it!

  - What a good boy you are! Do you only learn using it?

  Oto: I also play games and watch cartoons!

  Luka (13-year-old): We didn't have a TV when you gave us these tablets. The little ones were so happy!

  Inga: True, the children had no entertainment at all. The tablets became a real salvation!

  - Do you quarrel, guys? There are five of you, and there are only two tablets?

  Dato (11-year-old): No! We have lessons at different times: two of us have them in the morning, two of us - in the evening, just enough!

  Luka: Oto and Dato are just babies - at first, they wouldn't let tablets out of their hands, and they put them under the pillow at night! So, we have to give up. Saba, Giorgi and I are adults. The main thing is that mom started smiling again.

  Dato: She is so beautiful when she laughs! She used to be so sad all the time until you came.

  - Inga, we are happy that you started smiling again! But surely there are still many unresolved problems you have...

  Inga: Of course, there are still many problems, but my conscience wouldn’t let me bother you. We still have problems with foodstuffs, although my husband started working as taxi driver again. But whatever he earns is barely enough to buy fuel and rent a car. Sometimes he can't even buy bread. Renting an apartment became an unbearable burden for us... Plus utility bills, winter is just around the corner. Food and firewood are our main problem now. Lord, if you only knew how grateful I am to all of you! For your gifts, for your empathy, for that boundless joy that you gave to my sons! May this happiness return to you and your families a hundredfold! God bless you!
