Little Natali was born with scoliosis. She has already gone through three surgeries. At birth, her spine was curved by 87 degrees, and after the last surgery it became 54 degrees.

Natali urgently needs a fourth spinal surgery and an implant. Without it, this little angel will remain disabled forever.
Look at this three-year-old angel crying… The pain is so unbearable that she bites her own fingers. There’s only one way left to save Natali – the surgery scheduled for October 20. That day will decide her fate. Dear friends, you can imagine what a huge amount of money is needed.
Her scoliosis is severe, and her spine is now so curved that it’s hard for her even to walk. 
What can her mother do? Where can she find the money, when the family lives in poverty? What can they sell, when even the house where they live doesn’t belong to them? And time is running out…

The woman in the next photo is Natali’s grandmother, 68-year-old Eugenia. One day the poor woman fainted, collapsed, and got injured.
Since then, she has been bedridden, living in constant pain.
She also needs surgery and painkillers, but her small pension isn’t even enough for medicine. Still, she saves every penny to help her three-year-old granddaughter survive. Yet a pension in Georgia is only a drop in the ocean…

Natali was born with such a severe spinal deformity that she had three surgeries in the first three years of her life. And still, the little girl suffered unbearable pain – and with her, her whole family suffered too.
She couldn’t step on her foot without pain. Whenever she sat, her body twisted sharply to the left. Her tears felt like red-hot iron on the hearts of her mother, grandmother, her brothers, and her twin sister Anastasia.
But now you will witness a true celebration of salvation – for the first time in three long years, the little princess who knew only bitter tears is giving the world a radiant smile! For the first time in her life, Natali can sit and stand with a straight back! A complex 10-hour surgery – paid for by you, friends – made this miracle possible. The implant placed in her spine is helping her stand upright.
Natali now wears a brace like a real princess. For three months she must walk, play, eat, and sleep in this brace so her spine can adjust to its new, correct position.
– Natali, is it difficult to wear the brace?
– Sometimes it’s hot, auntie. But I even sleep in it. Mama only takes it off when she bathes me.
– What is the first thing you’ll do when you’re allowed to remove it?
– I’ll clean this room! No one here can do anything without me, auntie. Anastasia and David throw everything around. I’ll tidy everything up and put it in its place – I’m the best at cleaning! And I’ll show the kids at kindergarten how I can sit and stand straight. They think I can’t!
This long-suffering family is overjoyed for their little girl. Her mother, grandmother, sister Anastasia, and brothers embrace her carefully, and they filled an entire room with colorful balloons just for her.
