One second turned Guram’s life into a living hell. He survived a horrific car accident in which five people were killed… but now he cannot stand on his feet or help his grief-stricken mother, who has already buried her husband and her older son. A terrible accident. The car was crushed into a heap of metal. Out of 11 people, five died at the scene. Guram survived by a miracle, but he suffered severe brain damage.

Before the accident, Guram worked tirelessly and helped his parents. He was only 21 years old.

Guram’s dreams are simple – things most of us don’t even think about:

– standing on his feet without pain

– walking with confidence

– starting a family

– and simply seeing joy in his mother’s eyes

His greatest dream is to walk again. He was not alone on this journey. His older brother was helping him.

But fate struck again. Guram’s brother was involved in a fatal accident in the United States, where he had gone to earn money for Guram’s expensive treatment. Because of this, he had postponed his wedding to his fiancée. He died trying to save his brother.

Today, Guram has only his mother left – and pain so deep that he cries like a child, begging for help. If he does not receive treatment in time, he may remain disabled for life.

Guram (31-year-old): “My brother went abroad to help me. He didn’t make it back. He was my hope – endlessly kind, always helping those in need. In memory of my brother, I ask you to help me. Now I am the only man left in the family. I must take care of my mother. I want to start a family, give her grandchildren, and bring some joy back into her heart.”

Irma, Guram’s mother (58): “I wish God had taken me instead. How can I live when one son lies in a cold, damp grave and the other cannot stand on his feet? Please help us pay for his treatment – we cannot manage on our own.”
