Many old people are lonely,
helpless and poor today. They need not only medical help and drugs, but as well
they need elementary care and assistance in their routine life. It is our duty
to help such people.

80-years old Nunu Aslamazova
has to spend her twilight years in horrible misery, in a basement without
elementary human conditions. But the most horrible is that she cannot move
without help of other people and that she is bedridden.

Bed sores, ache in joints,
blood-stroke, paralysis… this woman has suffered quite enough.

She passes her days in a
dilapidated bed, in horrible unsanitary conditions, in darkness and dirt, in
total misery. The only thing she is able to do now is to pray. Nunu Aslamazova
prays for her son, a young man who cannot find a full-time job, neither can he
create a family, arrange a domestic life and get out of poverty.

This is how the mother and her
son live in complete despair on the verge of survival.

Nunu Aslamazova is a
beneficiary of Chernovetskyi Fund. Our doctors, our nurse and social workers
assist her in form of food, medicines, hygiene products; they supervise the
condition of her feeble health.
