Look at this little angel! She is only two months old. This newborn baby girl was brought home from the maternity ward to a house with bare, mold-covered walls – where she doesn’t even have a crib. Can you imagine the fire of despair burning in her parents’ hearts?

Romeo and Anna have a large family: four sons and three daughters. Their children dream of a warm bed. The little ones need bunk beds, blankets, and pillows – but their parents simply can’t afford them.

Romeo is a war veteran. In 2008, he served in the army, and during the fighting he injured his ear and spine. Now he can’t lift heavy objects.

In the United States, any president would consider it an honor to shake the hand of a veteran or hold in his arms the baby of a large, struggling family – and sincerely thank them for their service!

The father of seven works in the landscaping service to feed his family. But his salary is not enough to repair the home or buy essential appliances and furniture. There is no gas stove. No heater. Is this a life?

This small house was given to the mother by the state because she is a refugee from Abkhazia. Where the floor should be – bare concrete.  Where the ceiling should be – only emptiness.” The large family has run out of space here. With the help of kind people, the father began building an extra room in the backyard. But sadly, the money ran out, and the construction stopped. We can help this family with building materials. Nine-year-old Nikoloz tries his best to fulfill the duties of an older brother. While their mother washes clothes for all seven children, Nikoloz puts his newborn baby sister to sleep.

Nikoloz (9-year-old): “I can’t invite friends over because our house isn’t furnished. My brothers, sisters, and I just want to live like other children do.”

Nine-year-old Nikoloz is the champion of Georgia in kickboxing. Should talented Georgian children – the future of our country – live like this? Where is the justice, God?!

These good, kind children never complain and never ask their parents for anything. Sometimes they even hide their torn shoes or worn-out pants so as not to upset their mom and dad.

When life tests us with hardships, it can seem like there’s no way out. But it is in these moments that people appear who are ready to extend a helping hand. That is exactly what the Gabedava family needs right now. Let’s give these children a chance to have a decent life! Every child in Georgia deserves it!
