Nothing can hurt a parent’s
heart more than an illness of his own child. At that moment unbearable mental
pain takes over him, and nothing can help. However, it would be incorrect to
give up. You should struggle with all your forces for the life of your dear
child!

15-year old Manana Gvindzhilia
has a hepatic disorder. 7 years ago she suddenly felt bad, fainted and fell on
the ground. When she was taken to the hospital, the doctors spent much time
figuring out her disease, but they did not manage to find it. Only in several
years it became possible to give a definite diagnose to the child and to
appoint a course of expensive treatment.

Gvindzhilia Family did not
think for a long time and decided to sell their house and use the obtained
money for the daughter’s treatment. The mother with two little children moved
to a remote village where they found shelter in an old dilapidated house of
their great grandfather. The father took Manana to Tbilisi, where doctors
started her treatment.

“I am ready to give my
life for my daughter, but now she needs me very much. I pray God that my Manana
recovers”, – says her father Yago.

Recently Manana got worse. She
was urgently operated. With God’s help she survived, but the family does not
have means to buy new expensive medicines to support her health, and this
equals to death!
