Five hungry children live here in these post-war-looking ruins, dreaming of warmth and food ... The rooms are so cold that you can’t take off your jacket. But winter is still ahead!

100 kilos of joy and 200 kilos of happiness!

Dear friends, how to describe and convey those positive emotions that you give to people who have almost lost their faith? How to convey the cheerful exclamations of children when they get a long-awaited gift!

“We used to watch only half of the cartoons, now we watch them whole!” - says 7-year-old Anastasia and presses her cheek against the TV.

- What do you mean - the half of cartoons? - I ask her at a loss.

Anastasia: I mean, you only see one half of the princess, and can’t see another half.

Irina (mother): Our old TV went out of order, only half of the screen was working - so we suffered.

You know, for someone seeing the princess in whole is already a reason to be happy! Not only that! Read the story with a happy end! Look into these joyful eyes and warm your soul!

Irina: I am grateful to everyone who took our problems to heart and helped us. It turned to be a lot of such people. Nobody has ever done so much for us. Neither state, nor some other institution. I always believed and knew that there are many good people. And when they unite, they can move mountains.

Sorry, I don’t remember all the names. But I will try to tell you about what touched me. Mamuka from Tbilisi, big authority man, helped us in repairing school notebooks. One of them did not switch on, another’s charger went out of order one year ago.  The kids were missing online lessons because of that and I worried a lot. But now everything is in order. Mamuka turned to be a man of his word - I respect such people. He promised us to fix everything - so he did and sent us them back.

They sent gifts for us from Tbilisi - foodstuffs and clothes. All the necessary stuff that one should have at their kitchen: sugar, oil, pasta... Kids immediately started a dress fitting: this fits me, that fits you. There were enough clothes for everybody - both for daughters and sons. Brand new and used but in a perfect condition. Even our grandmother Tina got two dresses.

I would also like to mention the servicemen from Kutaisi. They brought us one bag of flour, one bag of cabbage, semi-processed meat products, bottled sunflower oil. You can cook non-stop now.

  - What do you cook?

Irina: Different things, whatever the children ask me. Fried potatoes, borsch, soups... When the children are full, I feel calm. You took off the burden of problems from me - this has not happened for a
long time. It feels unusual (smiles). You can’t even imagine what a washing machine means to me - it’s literally salvation for me. It’s a hard work to wash by hand. Besides that, I can now delegate part of the housework to my daughters - Mari and Christina. They quickly learned how to handle the washing machine and can load clothes and linen on their own and then hang them. I need this help, as I will have more hassle now. On February 23 my sixth child was born - my son Gabriel (shines).

  - Great news! Congratulations! Wish you both to be healthy and happy!

Irina: Thank you! I have already been discharged from hospital, but Gabriel is not yet. He was born eight months premature weighting 2,210 kg and he must spend a while in an incubator. My boy gets oxygen. May God help him to be discharged with no problems so that we take him home.

But when I think about where I will to take the newborn baby, I start worrying. Our wet-walled shack is not the best place for a baby. But what can we do? We have no other house.

  - It means that housing problems still remain. Apparently, the local authorities do nothing. What should happen to make them act? We already posted an article about you and the sixth baby in the family was born as well...

Irina: The help of the local authorities - are just ad-hoc actions. Nothing else, unfortunately. Nobody got interested in us even after the news you mentioned.

Last summer we started house building on our own. But we did not manage to cope alone. We should not have started that. So, the unfinished house stands next to our old wooden one. I pray to God asking him to send us help. To find a construction company or someone rich who will manage to compete the work.

I am afraid it will snow again. It will be a disaster for us. I want the winter to get away as soon as possible. We got tired of dampness and cold. And we must raise the baby in such conditions...

I probably must strive, look for funds, opportunities. But I'm too busy right now, and I’m focused on my newborn baby. Our relatives gave me a crib, where my boy will sleep.

  - Guys, you probably can't wait to meet your little brother.

Anastasia: Yes! He’s tiny. I wonder what does his face look like. What would he do?

Kristina: I know! He will sleep day and night. Then he will wake up to have some milk and will go to sleep again. He will also need his diapers to be changed. Anastasia and I can do that.

Anastasia: Yes, we practice on our dolls when we play the house. Look, we have new dolls! They also gave us chocolate, but it already comes to an end - we love sweets so much, that we cannot stand! (laughs.)

  - Show me your new TV. Switch it on, let’s watch it together!

Mari: I have already watched Harry Potter on TV. I like to watch movies. Kristina, Anastasia and Datuna prefer watching cartoons - “Cinderella”, “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” and so on... (smiles.)

Kristina: My favorite animated film is about Rapunzel.  I watch it closely. Datuna can’t watch movies for a long time. He starts playing with his new car and drives it across the room, making the car sounds: “Vroom!” and I raise the sound to hear what are they saying.

Mari: This TV is fine. We used to watch the old one, which our neighbor lent us. Only half of its screen worked. It was not interesting at all - it even ruined the mood.

  - What about your mood now, Mari?

Mari: Good. Thank you all for the gifts! We are very happy!

Irina: If I only could express all my feelings now! When my children are happy it warms my heart. That’s what you managed to do. I will never stop praying for you and blessing you!

We often hear the talks about the demographic crisis in Georgia and calls to create large families. But these talks are not backed up by anything. How do the large families live and who takes care of them? The story of Irina Deisadze is a great example of that. Despite the difficulties which they were expecting they dared to have a large family. And what do they get instead? Just an ad-hoc aid.

There is no need to explain our readers why the choice of Irina and her husband is so valuable. You feel and understand everything, you are the most empathetic and cordial and you have already supported those brave people. One should be very brave to have six kids in our situation. The youngest is only the few days old - a new citizen of Georgia Gabriel. He deserves to live in good conditions. Let’s take care of that.

If you have a heavy heart because of everyday problems or unresolved issues, as a distraction just see our posts on Facebook, or better dial the number of any of our beneficiaries. Call them and you will forget about your problems. Because they are nothing in comparison with the problems of those to whom you opened your good heart and came to help in the most difficult moment of their life.

Our problems are noting if compared... Here are true misfortunes, in front of your eyes! Just thank the Lord for what you have. You are the happiest person in the world! Remember this and help those in need.

Unfortunately, problems of this and other families do not end here and now... Therefore, from time to time, look through the stories of unhappy people on our website, talk to them. Every time you dial the Phone of an unhappy person, God is blessing you! For sure! Go on helping these families! This is the best service to the Lord!

Your kindness is a chance for yourself to be happy in everything!

Friends, thanks again to all!
