Sometimes a single repost saves a life.

31-year-old Giorgi survived a heart attack.
On May 3, he underwent a very serious heart surgery.

Now doctors have forbidden him from even making sudden movements.

Most of the time he lies in bed.

Sometimes he simply watches his children in silence.

Beside him are little Alexander and golden-haired Anastasia, who still cannot understand that they may lose their father.

Giorgi is disabled. He never learned to read or write. All his life he worked hard physical jobs simply to survive. And now he himself has become helpless, almost like a child.

His wife Natia is only 24 years old.

On her shoulders rests everything:
— a seriously ill husband,
— two small children,
— the fear of being left out on the street

The family rents a small apartment. Their allowance and disability pension go entirely toward rent. There is almost no money left for food. And certainly none for medicine.

Do you know what brings the children the most joy right now? Two tiny parrots. And even their bird food will run out in a few days.

Giorgi grew up in an orphanage. He does not know his parents. He has no relatives. And more than anything in the world, he is terrified that his own children may also become orphans.

After all, there are so few of us left… and we have always been one family. Every time you reach out to a family in need, you will feel something incredible… as if you have spoken with God Himself!
