The older children go to bed hungry so that their younger brothers and sisters can have a piece of bread.

HELP YOUR FRIENDS TO GET CLOSER TO GOD!
Every morning, Nino lays out five loaves of bread from a social canteen on the table and divides them among eleven people. She tries to make sure everyone gets an equal share.
But a mother’s heart cannot be fooled.
Nino knows that when there is not enough food, the older children will say they are not hungry and give their portion to their younger brothers and sisters. And then they will go to bed with empty stomachs, pretending that everything is fine
There is only one table in the house. That is why the children eat in turns. While some finish their modest portion, the others wait nearby.
Chichiko, 11-year-old: “Sometimes there are days when there is no food at home at all. Then we drink tea. Just without sugar.”
Nino suffers from a spinal hernia and problems with her cervical vertebrae. The pain never leaves her, day or night. But there are nine children in the family, and she has no time to be ill. The washing machine broke long ago. So Nino washes mountains of children’s clothes by hand.
This large, close-knit family lives in an old unsafe house measuring only 57 square meters. There is not even enough space for all the beds.
Chichiko, 11-year-old: “We unfold the sofa and four of us sleep on it. But every child dreams of having their own bed.”
When it rains, the family lives in fear.
The roof leaks. Cracks spread across the walls. Wind blows through the gaps and old windows.
Every heavy rainfall brings the same worry:
Will the house survive another night?
Nikoloz 14-year-old: “No one knows when the house might collapse on top of us.”
It is heartbreaking to hear such words from a child.
But these children have had to grow up far too soon.
They know what it means to wait for their parents to come home from work, hoping that today there will be bread on the table.
They know what it means to wear clothes passed down from one sibling to another.
They know what it means to stay silent about their wishes because there is not enough money even for the necessities.
Tamar, 8-year-old: “I don’t have summer shoes. I wear football boots.”
The father of the family, Mirian, takes any work he can find. Together with his children, he collects scrap metal to earn 30–40 GEL to buy food. Sometimes this money is enough for a day or two. Sometimes it is not enough at all.
Mirian, 58 years old (father): “When our children grow up, they will definitely help others. They will remember your kindness for the rest of their lives.”
Today, this family desperately needs our help.
They need food, hygiene products, clothes, and shoes for the children.
They need help repairing the house, where every new crack frightens both parents and children.
Please do not turn away.
Perhaps for you, a donation is the cost of a cup of coffee or a single meal.
For this family, it means bread on the table.
It means shoes for a child.
It means medication for a mother.
It means one more peaceful evening without the fear that the children will go hungry.
Help this large family get through this difficult time. Today, they are waiting for our support.

BIBLE
“Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done.” (Proverbs 19:17).
To our Lord, there is no such thing as “small” help, just as there is no such thing as “small” compassion or a “small” prayer. To Him, who loves you personally, nothing is ever “too small” if you offer your whole heart in sympathy to the suffering – both in the moment of helping and ever after.
Remember, God cares for your soul above all; He looks for the aid that comes from the very depths of your heart. Give whatever you can, so that you may never look back and regret a heart left cold.
Friend, as soon as you feel responsible for another person and his pain, at that very moment you will become a different person – a person close to God!
