REPOST RIGHT AWAY, MY GOOD MAN! HELP YOUR FRIENDS TO GET CLOSER TO GOD!

70-year-old Lena’s hands and legs never stop shaking. The tremors are so severe that she frequently loses her balance and suffers painful falls.

It is a heartbreaking tragedy for this Georgian grandmother. Just imagine: her very first grandson was born, but in a whole year, she hasn’t been able to hold the baby even once.

She is simply too afraid.

Lena, 70: “I shake so violently. What if I drop him?  My heart is breaking. Why has God tested me with such suffering?!”

Before the illness, Lena was completely different – energetic and always on the move. She worked as a shop assistant, supported her family, and couldn’t bear to sit idle.

Now, everything is reversed; she is the one who needs help.

She struggles with things a healthy person doesn’t even think about:

Walking calmly across the room

Holding a cup

Cooking a meal

Falling asleep

Every day, Lena takes handfuls of medication. They offer only temporary relief, briefly easing the tremors and stiffness before everything rushes back a few hours later.

Lena, 70: “I want to live.  I want to live for my children and my grandson.  I’m terrified of what will happen to them if I’m gone.”

Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) surgeries are not performed in Georgia because the country lacks the necessary equipment. However, doctors say there is still a chance.  They recommend having the surgery in Turkey right now, while the medication is still somewhat effective. The surgery won’t cure Parkinson’s disease, but it can significantly reduce the agonizing tremors.

The cost of the operation is $33,000. The state has allocated $10,000.  And after that – “whatever happens, happens.” Why only $10,000? We will never understand, and we don’t need to. Because God gave us something no Ministry ever could – He put compassion into our souls.

The remaining amount is an impossible burden for one family.
Only Lena’s husband works, earning about 1,000 GEL a month.  Her son cannot go to work because he has to care for his mother; she cannot be left alone.

But what is impossible for one family can be achieved by thousands of people joining together.

Lena, 70: “Please help if you can. Even the smallest donation means the world to me.”

Do not put off helping until tomorrow. Today, you can make it possible for a grandmother to embrace her little grandson for the very first time. Please make a donation right now.  And please, share this story with your friends.

REPOST RIGHT AWAY, MY GOOD MAN!

HELP YOUR FRIENDS TO GET CLOSER TO GOD!

The greater the number of people who learn about this fundraiser, the faster we can raise the amount needed.

Friend, if you wish happiness for a loved one, a good friend, or simply a compatriot, please share this post and encourage others to do the same. In doing so, you will be serving Almighty God, demonstrating your love for Him, and helping to save someone dear to you from hardship.

BIBLE

“Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done.” (Proverbs 19:17).

To our Lord, there is no such thing as “small” help, just as there is no such thing as “small” compassion or a “small” prayer. To Him, who loves you personally, nothing is ever “too small” if you offer your whole heart in sympathy to the suffering – both in the moment of helping and ever after.

Remember, God cares for your soul above all; He looks for the aid that comes from the very depths of your heart. Give whatever you can, so that you may never look back and regret a heart left cold.

And one more thing… it would be wonderful to stay in touch once they recover: to send them holiday wishes, to remember their birthdays, and to make them your friend. After all, there are so few of us left… and we have always been one family. Every time you reach out to a family in need, you will feel something incredible… as if you have spoken with God Himself! This is your chance to become the happiest person on earth. It is exactly through these steps that lives are truly saved.

Friend, as soon as you feel responsible for another person and his pain, at that very moment you will become a different person – a person close to God!

We are always available.
